The inquiry looked at the effectiveness of New South Wales’ current regulatory framework and ways to address challenges in enforcement and compliance. The Committee also considered how New South Wales can work with the Federal Government to implement reforms on e-cigarette products. ACYP made a written submission on 17 November 2023.
