Submission to the review of the Modern Slavery Act 2018

The Modern Slavery Committee commenced its review of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 on 24 August 2023, with its first report published in December 2023.

From a recommendation made in the first report, the committee agreed to continue its review of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 to hear from individuals with lived experience of modern slavery. The second report was published in December 2024.

ACYP made a written submission in October 2023.
