Through this website the Advocate for Children and Young People is providing a platform for NSW children and young people to share their voices.
One of the many ways children and young people can have their say and be heard is by having their thoughts published.
If you are interested in submitting an article and becoming a regular contributor, register now:
The Advocate for Children and Young People is offering young journalists and bloggers an opportunity to share their voice on the advocate for children and young people (ACYP) website.
If you are under 24 years old and are interested in sharing your voice with children and young people across NSW, you are invited to submit a piece in writing for potential publication on this website.
The content of the article must be relevant to children and young people living in NSW.
There will also be the opportunity to join, by invitation, a pool of regular featured contributors who will periodically submit articles on topics of interest to young people, such as education, safety, employment, travel, opinion pieces on relevant current affairs, event reviews and much more.
Along with the opportunity to be an opinion leader among children and young people in NSW this is a valuable opportunity to gain much sought-after experience in the world of on-line journalism by being published on a NSW Government platform.

We acknowledge Aboriginal people as the First Nations Peoples of NSW and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and future.
Informed by lessons of the past, ACYP is improving how we work with Aboriginal people and communities. We listen and learn from the knowledge, strength and resilience of Stolen Generations Survivors, Aboriginal Elders and Aboriginal communities.
