Submission to the statutory review of the Online Safety Act 2021

The statutory review of the Online Safety Act 2021 was announced on 22 November 2023 by the Hon Michelle Rowland MP, the Minister for Communications. Ms Delia Rickard PSM was appointed to conduct the review.

ACYP made a written submission in June 2024. The NSW Advocate for Children and Young People, Ms Zoë Robinson attended a roundtable convened by Delia Rickard. The roundtable considered online safety issues for young people in July 2024.
