Hafsa is 14 years old and lives in Austral. She was born in Karachi, Pakistan and migrated to Sydney at the age of four. She is passionate about youth empowerment through education and technology. Her TEDx Talk on the importance of AI in education shows her belief in creating learning opportunities that prepare young people for the future.
Through her school robotics team, Hafsa helped lead a campaign against bilge dumping, raising awareness and presenting her ideas in NSW Parliament. She also volunteers as a coach helping younger students explore STEM and build confidence.
Hafsa applied for the YAC to represent diverse youth voices and work towards making education and innovation more inclusive for everyone.
