Jesse, a 17-year-old from Lismore, has personally experienced the devastating floods and developed deep connections with his community. Currently a student at Trinity Catholic College, Jesse advocates for mental health, workplace rights, and quality education. He actively contributes to charitable efforts through Share the Dignity, ensuring access to essential hygiene products, and participates in the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal, providing support to those facing hardship in his community. Jesse is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. "Being selected for the 2024 YAC is incredible. I hope to learn as much as I can from other YAC members and contribute to advocating for my peers", said Jesse. |
